We have 'zillions' of parts in our online product catalogue. The best way to find the right parts for your bike is to use the search filters. Choose your Make, then choose your model and then choose the year your bike was manufactured.  Then you'll be able to see the parts we have available to suit your bike.  You will find this much easier and faster than searching for a part and then trying to see if it fits your bike.  That gets tricky... even for us. 

We offer a huge range of motorcycle products. Most are either held in stock or are available from our suppliers very quickly.  

Yes, online Gift Certificates are available from $50 to $500 and can be purchased here.

Yes, if the total price of your order with Full Bore is more than A$70.00, then you may qualify for our Free Shipping service. This Free Shipping service includes most of the products in our catalogue, however some products such as Clearance items, Dangerous Goods items and those items that are small but very heavy are not eligible for Free Shipping.  If a product is not eligible for Free Shipping, then this is shown on the information page for that product in the Full Bore catalogue.

Australia Post is our preferred carrier within Australia.  We also use other carriers especially when other carriers can provide a better or more cost-effective freight service.

Yes, if you prefer to use your own shipping service or transport company rather than Australia Post, please let us know at the time you place your order.

Individual items have their own costs for shipping, but when you buy several or multiple products, we can usually put them together in the same parcel when we send them to you. This saves us money on shipping costs and we pass this saving on to you. The shipping price is calculated on the total weight of all the items you are buying. It’s calculated as if we are sending all of the products together in the one parcel to you.  It’s not always possible to send all the products to you at the same time, especially if one of the items you have ordered might be temporarily out of stock for a few days. We pay the extra costs for shipping if we send your products in separate parcels.

The majority of items in the Full Bore store are held in stock and will be despatched on the next business day after we receive your order. If your order is received in the morning, we may be able to despatch your order on that same business day.  In some instances we may not have your item in stock, and these items will be despatched on the next business day after we receive the products in from our suppliers. In some cases, your products will be despatched on the same business day as we receive the products into our shop.  Some of the products in our catalogue may be sent directly to you from the warehouses of the manufacturer, importer or supplier of the product if it is likely to be more convenient and faster for you. Products are despatched as soon as commercially reasonably possible, usually within one to day business days of your order being processed.

You can find full details of the standard delivery times for Australia Post on the Australia Post website.  If you want faster delivery than standard, then Express Delivery is available for selected products in our catalogue.

Yes, an online Parcel Tracking service is provided by Australia Post and most other transport freight carriers used by Full Bore. Full Bore will provide you with a notification email to advise you when products have been despatched by Full Bore to Australia Post or the chosen transport freight carrier. The email will include a link to the web page showing the tracking system of the carrier. Links will also be provided on the Full Bore website. You will also be provided with a tracking code number or consignment number for you to use the tracking services of the transport company. This Parcel Tracking feature is provided to Registered Customers and Guest Customers. Please note, Full Bore cannot and do not take responsibility for the accuracy and reliability of parcel tracking services provided by Australia Post or any transport or freight carriers.

Yes, many of our products are available for online purchase and in-store. You can order online and ensure the exact size, model and colour you want will be waiting for you in our store. Our store is located at 58 Elgee Road, Midland, Western Australia 6056. This is also the location of our related company, Steve’s Motorcycles.  Simply choose 'Click and Collect' option in the 'Shipping Options' section of the checkout. You will receive an email or phone call from Full Bore within 24 hours confirming your order and advising you when your products can be picked up. Usually this will be no more than 5 business days from when you place your order through the website. It may even be the same day as you place your order, especially if your products are in stock!

Oils, Flammables and Batteries are typically considered Dangerous Goods. Special conditions and special shipping arrangements must be made for Dangerous Goods. Additional freight charges usually apply to Dangerous Good. Dangerous Good are not eligible for our Free Shipping service.  You may prefer to arrange your own freight service to manage the transportation of products that are Dangerous Goods.  Alternatively, you can order these products online and use Full Bore's 'Click and Collect' service to arrange to pick them up in our store.  Please note, we do not ship Dangerous Goods outside of Australia.

Yes, we can ship many of our products internationally.  Specific prices for International Shipping are provided on request and are calculated on a case by case basis using the best and most cost-effective shipping service to reach the international destination within your desired timeframes.

As a customer on the Full Bore website, you can pay using either Visa card, MasterCard or PayPal. Please note, Full Bore does not see or store your credit card details as the payment processes are managed securely through the independent third party payment gateways of eWay and PayPal.

We take security very seriously.  This is why we use independent third party payment gateways.  Visa and MasterCard payments are securely processed by eWay, one of Australia's largest payment gateways. If you prefer, you can use pay securely using PayPal with your PayPal account, your bank account or any of the credit cards supported by PayPal and offered through Full Bore's PayPal Merchant facility.

Full Bore Motorcycles Pty Ltd uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. PayPal provides consumers with the ability to pay for items using a credit or debit card, bank account or PayPal balance. During a transaction, the financial details of a consumer are safely stored on PayPal’s servers and are never shared between buyers and sellers. All prices on the Full Bore website are in Australian dollars and prices charged to international customers or overseas-based credit cards will vary according to the exchange rate offered by eWay or PayPal at the time of your purchase.

To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be in New, Unused Condition and in the Original Packaging. The date on the invoice must be in the last 30 days. You must have the original receipt, and the item cannot be a Clearance Sale item. There are no refunds or returns on chemical or lubricant items that have been opened, or on any electrical item. If your products are eligible, then email info@fullboremotorcycles.com.au, phone 1300 883 505, or Live Chat with us online to obtain a return authorisation code. Write the code on your original receipt and include this with your item when you send it to us. Take care to package the item to prevent damage during transit. Please note, items need to be posted back to us within 30 days from the invoice date.

When we receive the item and confirm it meets all criteria above, we will process the refund. Refunds will be used to pay for exchange orders or issued to the payment methods on the original order. Please also be aware that if you placed your order with free freight, we will deduct the initial freight cost from your refund. The freight cost will be calculated using the Australia Post freight calculator. If you want to know how much this will be before returning the item, please email us.

We deal with defective or damaged items on a case by case basis. Email info@fullboremotorcycles.com.au with a photo and description of the fault. Do not return the item without contacting us first. If we need you to return the item, we will issue a Return Authorisation Code. If we ask you to return the item, we will cover the cost of the freight.  We usually process refunds within 48 hours of receiving the goods – or even earlier if we don’t need the goods returned to us. If the claim needs to be assessed and approved by the manufacturer, this may impact on the time it takes for your refund to be processed. We will keep you updated via email.

We periodically conduct direct marketing campaigns to promote our services. In all such campaigns, we provide recipients with details on how to opt-out of future campaigns.

Firstly, we work very hard to make sure the information is correct - but errors may occasionally occur and we cannot guarantee the site will be free of errors. Please let us know if you find any errors or incorrect information on the website.  If a product is inadvertently listed with the incorrect information or price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders for product listed with the incorrect price. If the item has been paid for, we will issue an immediate refund.
